Sally is a qualified teacher and has run schools and nurseries for more than 25 years. She has been an OfSTED inspector and chair of governors at two schools. She was the lead author of the new Heinemann Diploma Tutor Resources published 2010.

Chris has over 28 years experience in childcare and education and has studied child development at Oxford University. He has guided and supported the development of the Laser Learning programme from its infancy. Chris’ role in the company is to introduce colleges and training providers to the Laser Learning system and establish ongoing partnerships with licensees.

Ziggi is the technical genius in charge of developing the Laser™ Learning platform. Working closely with industry specialists he has listened and responded to their request for an e-portfolio and learning system that makes training effective and efficient and gives instant feedback on learner progress. Ziggi speaks regularly at international I.T. conferences about the production of the Laser™ which has been heralded by the I.T. community as a breakthrough in innovation.

Lisa is a qualified information professional whose role within the organisation is to provide the learning programme in a format that is user-friendly and understandable. Lisa writes for a variety of print and online publications including Heinemann.

Sanjay’s background in computing spans 24 years and he is currently studying for a Cisco Certified Network Associate qualification. Sanjay deals with support queries and issues arising from licensees’ use of the Laser. He assists in the delivery of ‘classroom’ based training to clients, either in a group, online, or on a one-to-one basis, undertakes support visits to licensees as needed and keeps up to date with relevant systems, software and online training software.

Costa has over seven years’ experience in the broadcasting industry and has joined us to head our emerging media department. His previous work placements include Channel 4 and Red Bee Media, where he quickly progressed through the ranks. He is responsible for all video media on the laser and for our corporate video marketing.

Jim has worked in I.T. for over 30 years as an Analyst/Programmer. His previous experience has been in the Airline industry and the Financial Sector. Jim works as part of the I.T. team and is involved in the ongoing development of Laser as well as providing support to users of the system.

Matt is a creative professional with 10 years experience working as a graphic designer, web designer and photographer. His natural flair for the visual arts has led to the creation of a strong, recognisable brand for Laser Learning Ltd. He is responsible for actioning all of our advertising and marketing campaigns as well as the design, creation and maintenance of our company websites.
