We are confident that you will enjoy your short course and that what you learn will be beneficial to your practice. If you have any queries, questions or concerns then we would like to hear from you. Please contact me using the contact details below. We undertake to respond to you within 48 hours. Once you have purchased a course the learning programme will be available to you for as long as it takes to complete the course. It is not bound by a time frame. Refunds will only be considered if you are unable to access the learning programme and this is attributed to a fault caused by Laser Learning.
Applications for a refund must be made within one month of the purchase date.

We undertake never to divulge information about you or that you supply to us to any other organisation, company or individual outside Laser Learning Ltd for any reason whatsoever. The credit card details (and any other financial information) used to pay for your course are not held by Laser Learning Ltd and no staff employed by Laser Learning will ever have access to this.

As part of its obligations under the Data Protection Act (D.P.A.) Laser Learning is registered with the Information Commissioner to handle information relevant to its services.
