Sally is a qualified teacher and has run schools and nurseries for more than 25 years. She has been an OfSTED inspector and chair of governors at two schools. She is the lead author of the new Heinemann Diploma Tutor Resources due for publication later in 2010.

Vivette has over 20 years experience within the childcare sector, having managed a number of large daycare settings. Her first-hand knowledge of nursery operations coupled with a passion for high quality delivery of childcare training and experience as both an assessor and internal verifier makes her an ideal contributor to the team.

Lisa is a qualified information professional whose role within the organisation is to provide the learning programme in a format that is user-friendly and understandable. Lisa writes for a variety of print and online publications including Heinemann.

Ziggi is the I.T. mind behind the Laser ™ learning platform. Working closely with industry specialists he has listened and responded to their request for an e-portfolio and learning system that makes training effective and efficient and gives instant feedback on learner progress. Ziggi speaks regularly at international I.T. conferences about the production of the Laser ™ which has been heralded by the I.T. community as a breakthrough in innovation.

Childcare consultant Tracy Elsom has an honours degree in psychology and education and is also a qualified teacher. She has over 20 years experience of working in childcare and specialises in advising settings on policies and procedures. Tracy has also written for publications such as Heinemann.
